Starch Convention (with exhibition) for the 68th time in Detmold, Germany coming April 4th and 5th.
The Starch Convention is an international conference of the Association of Cereal Research Association – in cooperation with the Max Rubner Institute, Detmold – organized for more than 60 years.
Target groups of the conference are representatives of the starch industry, the machinery / equipment manufacturing as well as research and consulting.
Approximately 200 participants from home and abroad can learn to 1½ days of technical applications, starch structures and their characteristics as well as fundamentals (sometimes in parallel sessions). The Starch Convention accompanies a machine and product exhibition.
